I like the food that I get here it's always good to visit spur the only problem I have with eating here is the time management of the waiters, you wait to get your food done and that is one of the service deliveries that may tarnish the image of this beautiful resturant

Service from waiter Malondy was pathetic, once seated the waitress took over 10 min to get to us, for our order which she then rushed us for the order and dissapeared. She brought our drinks and food and never came back to check if we needed anything or if we're happy with our food. We had to get other waiters to look for her to get us our bill. Overall food was good as usual but service was terrible.

Me and my husband enjoyed our wedding anniversary at Augusta Spur at Gateway on 05 September 2024. We had a great experience. I want to mention one name - THUBA was our "entertaining-waiter" - I did not have such a great experience in a long time. I want to give him credit for making our day!!! Thank you Thuba - you are the best!!! Everything was good - not one single problem we had.

Awesome service at this establishment, Bongiwe is super efficient, helpful and customer centric. Absolutely a pleasure to visit here. We'll done Michael, Thobeka and the team.We've immensely enjoyed our dining experience at Augusta Spur with the most pleasant mentioned staff assisting us. Their service, expertise & friendly manner speaks tons of well wishes & is most inviting to feast again at Spur, Our cutlery never tasted so good before., Thobeka kept checking us to make sure we were enjoying our food, once more thanks to the team
