Editing my review: Wiseman(manager), August/Gugu (Manager) and Thami (waiter) invited me to make amends and turned my experience around. Thank you for your efficient and professional response and service. This time around the food was amazing and service well received! Thank you for caring about your customers and the Spur brand. Food lacked flavor, and service was slow. Ordered a cheesy garlic prawn schnitzel- prawn overcooked, cheese sauce had no flavor, schnitzel was soggy. I ordered hot veg - spinach + butternut. They gave me potatoes and spinach - when I reiterated my order, they brought the butternut when I was almost done with the rest of my food. I didn't finish my food, definitely was not satisfied.
