I had another fantastic dining experience at Spur West Peak, Westgate Mall, Roodepoort on 4th October 2024. This is hands down the best Spur I've visited, not just in Gauteng but across provinces. The quality of the food is always excellent—my medium-rare rump steak is perfectly cooked every time, the onion rings are crispy, the vegetables are fresh and well seasoned, and the baked potato is spot on 👌 with the sour cream I usually request. Operations Manager Phenyo and Manager Isaac always make me feel welcomed, and their attention to every table is incredible. Phenyo is hands-on, humble, and constantly checking in with patrons. The service from my usual waiter, Willard, is top-notch—he pays attention to every detail, especially since I can be quite fussy! The atmosphere is that of a five-star family restaurant, making every meal special. If you're visiting the West Rand and looking for a great restaurant, Spur West Peak is a must-visit!
