Passed by on our way to the Eastern Cape and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we were assisted that I redeemed my pancake which was so soft and tasty.👌🏽🥰👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

[Update] We were contacted by the manager who offered to make things up to us. We went there without expectations and we had both a lovely meal and everyone was very friendly. Thank you for the call back. We ordered online, 40 minutes prior to arriving at the Spur. On arriving, our order was still being prepared. We were told our food would be ready in 2 minutes which turned in 20 minutes. Part of our meal was cold and the staff were not apologetic. HOWEVER, post our initial review, the owner contacted us and asked to make it up to us. We returned two days later, on our way home, and had a delicious meal on the house We loved that our complaint was taken seriously and that our second visit was drastically better than our first. We will visit again.

We were on a road trip and decided to stop at Bergville Complex in Harrismith for a meal and to freshen up. We were seated promptly upon arrival and our drinks order was taken. The restaurant is huge with lots of seating available. There is also an outdoor smoking eating area and a play area for the kids. The staff were friendly and inviting. Our meals arrived and it was freshly prepared so it tasted delicious. We will definitely stop by again our next road trip. Overall experience was great!!
