This would have been a 1 star review… but Jason the manager saved the day! We were seated and our waitress, Indigo seated us, and took our order. We decided to give her the drinks and food order all in one go as she said it will be easier. She will get the drinks whilst the food is being prepared. She returned 10mins later with just 1 of the drinks which was a beer. The child’s drink never arrived. After waiting 30mins I went to find her to check on the drinks. She was standing at the food pass waiting for food, and said she will bring the drinks. When she brought the drinks which were floats, all the ice cream was melted because she forgot to serve them and the glasses all messed. I was actually shocked as I couldn’t believe someone would have served those. I raised my concerns with the manager on duty, Jason and within 5 minutes we had new drinks, and he kept communicating re the food order. We knew they were busy and didn’t mind waiting for the food, but drinks that took 30 odd minutes and was not right can’t be justified. The food was great and delicious Spur food. Jason really saved the day! However I really can’t get over Indigo’s lack of professionalism, because she knew Jason stepped in she ignored us for the rest of service, instead of apologising and starting off again! Although she remained our waitress she was arrogant and rude when she removed plates, glasses, she didn’t communicate and acted as if she was doing us a favour. We even had to go to front desk to pay the bill… Really not a waitress that fits the Spur brand and should be retrained. To Spur management Sun City, Jason is definitely an asset to your company..

Greeted by friendly waiters. The restaurant is nicely located, looks so neat and tidy-does have a new look to it. The Manager Jason was an amazing host who played thee most beautiful songs on a Sunday which took us back in time where music was life. We enjoyed our meals and drinks and the service was great.
