I had a great experience at the Spur in Hatfield. My waitress Nthabeleng provided excellent service, great conversation and made amazing food recommendations. I went there with an idea of what I wanted to eat but upon hearing her recommendations, I changed my mind and ordered what she suggested and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing and the dessert was exceptional. Kudos to Nthabeleng and to the kitchen staff.

They could improve their service otherwise the food is great and the staff friendly. Edit: After my review, Spur's response was heartwarming and promptly. They reached out to hear me out and took the matter serious. As a customer I am humbled to know they take our dining experience serious. Going back to the restaurant, the improvement was visible. I am happy to return over and over again :) Thank you Spur. Edit: I see the kitchen still dgf. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I asked for a medium rare steak with fats trimmed. Not only was the steak well done, but half through the steak had fats which renders it nit being able to eat it. Get your kitchen sorted.

We had a fantastic experience. The waiter was so super cool 😎 😍 lovely as well. It's a lady with long hair. I always find her there.
