I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spur, where I was fortunate enough to be served by Steven Xhosa. From the moment we sat down, Steven made us feel exceptionally welcomed and valued. His attention to detail was remarkable. Our glasses were never empty, and he expertly recommended dishes that suited our tastes perfectly. Steven had a friendly, approachable demeanour, and his knowledge about the menu was outstanding Not only did he ensure our meal was seamless, but he also had an incredible ability to read our table's vibe and adjust his service accordingly, whether that meant giving us space to chat or engaging in delightful banter. Overall, Steven provided an unparalleled dining experience, turning an ordinary meal into something truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend requesting Steven when you visit Spur for an unforgettable dining adventure!

Thank you for excellent service and for Eddie for rectifying the situation. Seldom that customer care is actually "care". We will be back. ........ 45 minutes for a waffle, 55 minutes for a kids' milkshake, and 25 minutes for last waffle. Pathetic
