Matthew Esau, a Trainee welcomed me to the Spur, assisted in finding a good table as I had to work on my laptop. I was seated at a very comfortable table with an electricity plug. From there Matthew's service can be described in one word: EXCELLENT!! WOW, I train Customer Service as part of my training package. He met and exceeded every one of the Ten International Dimensions of Customer Service. Thanks for your outstanding service Matthew! I rated the atmosphere down as the other waitrons and cooks were talking to each other at the top of their voices, full volume. And many of the waitrons did not have tables to serve and were just noisy, yelling at each other across the restaurant. That was really disturbing and should be addressed by management.

Great service and food. Our waitress Luleka was absolutely amazing, she was so accommodating and so friendly. Overall a lovely experience.
