We had a waitress but the manageress Lerato was amazing ! Made sure we were okay, constantly checked in and also brought our food to us! Awesome service from her side !

I recently ordered takeout from Phoenix Spur in Brooklyn Mall, and I was blown away by their exceptional service. Lerato, who assisted me over the phone, was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. Despite having a large order, everything was perfectly prepared and ready at the specified pickup time. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we expected. Highly recommend their excellent service and quality food!

The kitchen staff preparing the food must be praised as the Trailblazer breakfast I ordered was outstanding! This particular branch of Spur gets it right on every category. (I wish other branches would learn from the Brooklyn Spur.)
