We were there yesterday the staff was very helpful and the manager made sure everyone is happy...there was a bit of a wait though for our food but it was understandable as it was completely full no table was open still better service and food i received from other spur's

Very good experience was assisted by Kyla she is still under training but she is very good thanks from the team and the lady I think she is a manager for assisting her....she is trying please assist in every way you can

I booked a birthday party for my child and we were booked for 15:00 but when we got there it was full we had to wait for 2 hours , because we only started around 17:00. All I want to say yes it was very disappointing but such things do happen. I also work with customers when Siyabonga explained to me what was happening at that time I fully understood. All in all Siyabonga (manager) he did manage to make the day beautiful for the kids and the lady that was serving us I forgot her name . Thank you Siyabonga and the lady for your good service, you guys still manage to make the birthday celebration beautiful 😊.
