I ordered from Uber Eats and there was an error with my meal. Only one came. I am not too sure where the problem sat. However, Theresa who is the manager at Spur, personally took responsibility for my order and not even Uber Eats and she delivered the remainder of my order to my home. She was the one that enhanced my experience. Thanks Theresa you are a true asset and embody customer service!
