The service at Twin peak has improved tremendously the new manager Lloyd has really turned things around. Myself and my family were there today for the first time in a long while and it was an absolute pleasure. The manager checked in on each table and the staff are all friendly. The environment itself at twin peak has changed so much that it was a very welcoming experience. Food was served hot and didnt take long at all. We will definitely be returning to our long time favourite breakfast spot now that things have changed for the better. Well done Lloyd!!!!!

I recently visited Twin Peak Spur Ottery with my family and was absolutely blown away by the level of service since the new management took over. The difference is night and day! Under Lloyd’s leadership, the staff seems more attentive, warm, and professional. Lloyd himself is an incredible manager – he checks in with guests, making sure everyone feels welcome and cared for without ever being intrusive. His service is truly complementary to the entire dining experience. The food was excellent as always, but it was Lloyd's attention to detail and his genuine passion for hospitality that made this visit exceptional. He has clearly raised the bar, creating a more welcoming atmosphere and setting a new standard for the team. If you haven’t been Twin Peak to Spur Ottery lately, I highly recommend experiencing the fantastic transformation yourself!
