Tried this outlet at Westgate. The staff is absolutely brilliant, the place is very nice and clean. The food, on the other hand (my wife's and mine) was mediocre. I ordered the Warrior Combo and my wife ordered chicken schnitzel. My lamb chop was smaller than two R5 coins and very tough and undercooked to my liking. The ribs on my plate could have been more tender. The taste, however, was authentically Spur. The schnitzel my wife ordered, was just chicken breasts with bread crumbs. My son, on the other hand, enjoyed his eisbein. When our order was taken, no-one asked how we liked our meat done, and that has put a damper on my expectations and experience. The area manager was there and immediately took up the matter. Next time I'm only ordering breakfast and hope it will be better
